During transformation times HR Reporting has become more and more critical for the Management Board as it supports our group strategy.

Our client is the HR community across several countries (Europe, Americas, India, Middle East and Asia mainly) and diverse HR functions (Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Personnel Administration).

Today challenge is to make our internal client able to measure its performance and to identify accurate axis for enhancement.

Overview of role & main responsibilities:

During this internship you will work under the supervision of the head of Group HR Reporting who will give you the opportunity to be involved in challenging international HR projects and develop your competences on the following fields:

-******* Project leader: Under supervision of Group HR Reporting manager, in charge of own project "Clarity". The aim of the project is to implement Group HR dashboards on Business Object. Activities include:

o** Finalizing and coordinating the validation of the functional specifications with Group HR Director and Group IT

o** Following up the advancement of developments made by IT team

o** Preparing tests, training and communication pack

o** Deploying the tool over the HR community worldwide

-******* HR Reports: You will be trained on SAP queries and Microsoft reports builder to be able to answer to ad-hoc analysis requested by benchmark agencies, internal clients or management board

-******* Additional projects and tasks will be given, depending on profile and professional project.

*** An experience in leading a project, or in reporting is appreciated.
- be English speaker: able to communicate by phone, email but also to write and analyse any document. Any additional language is welcome.
- be able to easily communicate with any culture
- be flexible and autonomous
- prove a great analysis and synthesis capacity
- feel at ease with figures and statistics
- be interested in IT tooling and projects
- be extremely rigorous


Information additionnel*

This position is open for an internship or apprenticeship, duration minimum 6 months up to a year.

Typical education can be :

-******* Master in Business Administration with a specialisation or interest in HR, IT Consulting or Finance fields.

-******* Master in Quantitative methods, Statistics, Economics

The base location is in Bezons (Ile de France).

Start date is: December 2010- January 2011
