Context of the mission ::

The Shared Services Center (SSC) for the Internet and Mobile Banking solutions of our client Group is located in Brussels. It centrally develops and supports e-banking applications for Web, Smart phones and Tablet PC’s. In the initial phase, the applications are deployed in the different operating countries of the group, including France, Belgium, Italy and the Mediterranean markets.

Required knowledge and experience

Education

University degree or Master preferably in IT, with at least five years relevant experience.

Personal skills

You are acute, dynamic, proactive, autonomous; you have good verbal communication skills. – You are able to organise and prioritise your own work efficiently.

Business experience Mandatory

Preferable The knowledge of the retail banking business is an asset.

Technical experience

Mandatory – You have a strong affinity with information technology. – You are able to coach/supervise efficiently a team of developers and also to take in charge developments. – You are very attracted in object oriented development and your coding is efficient and clean. – You fully master the object orientation techniques and principles. You have a very good knowledge of Java, Spring and UML

Objective of the job

The SSC is actively searching for a team leader for the Internet and Mobile banking applications. You will be part of a dynamic IS development Java team. This team is responsible to build a framework for the whole Internet & Mobile Banking asset.
You will be integrated and managed in the dedicated Java development team :
· to establish goals, objectives and target deadlines for team
· the ability to plan and prioritise the work of the development team
· to review and to monitor team progress toward goals.
