Datepicker en régional

Bonjour,

J'ai un petit soucis avec le Datepicker de Jquery. En ne suivant pas les options régionales, mon calendrier s'affiche parfaitement, par contre lorsque j'essaye d'importer un fichier régional et de l'initialiser ca plante et l'icône ne s'affiche pas. Pouvez -vous m'aider? Voici mon code. (j'ai déjà été sur les sites tutoriels mais pas d'indices sur mon erreur)
