Vm converter erreur creation snapshot

Bonjour,

je tente de virtualiser un serveur Windows 2008 R2 contenant une base Orable et un agent de sauvegarde (DPA de Bull).
Lorsque je lance la virtualisation j'ai un message d'erreur dès le début:

Cannot take snapshot. Error: Unknown error 0x8004230E(2147754766).

En fouillant un peu sur Internet, j'ai découvert cette solution:

VSS Solution This error occurs if a volume shadow copy already exists on the volume that is to be backed up.
It causes the creation of a shadow copy to fail.
Users will see this error if the ShadowProtectSvc.exe process(es) is/are terminated in the middle of a backup.
When installed properly, ShadowProtect will have TWO instances of ShadowProtectSvc.exe running.
This is the correct and intended state.
Some users are confused by the fact that ShadowProtectSvc.exe shows up twice in their process list and will kill one of these instances, which results in both instances dying.
If ShadowProtectSvc.exe is terminated by the user, there is a chance that this can happen during a backup, in which case ShadowProtectSvc.exe
doesn’t get the chance to properly remove the volume snapshot that is used for the backup.
To remove orphaned shadow copies, which will also resolves the 0x8004230E error, follow these steps:

Le problème vient sans doute de notre agent de sauvegarde DPA, mais j'ai beau désactiver le service rien n'y fait je suis toujours dans l'incapacité de virtualiser mon serveur...
