je n'arrive pas à installer sql server 2000

Bonjour tous le monde
j'ai essayé plusieurs fois d'installer sql sevrer 2000 mais je n'y suis jamais arrivé toujours le même message d'erreur par contre mon amis a pu l'installer avec le même ficher d'installations que je possède.
voilà une image du message affiché



il m'affiche un message comme quoi j'ai déjà essayé d'installer ce programme et que je dois redermarrer mon ordinateur pour commencer l'installation Malgré que je n'ai jamais essayé de l'installer et même si je redémarre mon pc et je réessaye c'est toujours le même message d'erreur !


Voilà quelques informations que ça peut vous être utiles

- j'ai une image sql server 2000 (iso)
- j'utilise virtuel driver 7 pour installer
- Windows xp sweet comme système d'exploitation

je n'ai pas trouvé le ficher PendingFileRename par contre j'ai pu repérer un nommé
FileRenameOperations est ce que c'est le même ? et si c'est bien le même dois-je le supprimer carrément ?

Non malheureusement je n'ai pas pu trouverPendingFileRenameOperations avec le chemin vous m'avez donné mais j'ai trouvé FileRenameOperations
qu'est ce que dois-je faire ? j'ai vraiment besoin du sql server !!!

Avant de supprimer quoi que ce soit ... pouvez vous nous mettre le message d'erreur exact ? On ne voit pas votre image.

Si vous ne trouvez pas cette clé de registre peut être que le problème vient d'ailleurs ...

Une bonne nouvelle! j'ai pu repéré le registre pending ... je l'ai supprimé et le problème est résolu cependant je suis face à un autre !!!
un message d'erreur me s'affiche en fin d'installation qui m'empêche d'installer le sql server
