j'ai un probléme a mon rslinx de mon laptop.pour plus de détail le message apparait est:

An error accurred while trying to display the online help for RSLinx classix. This happened because you are running RSLinx classic on a computer that has microsoft's secuirity update 896358 installed. to resolve this condition, refer to tech note E122036118 at rockwell automtion's support website (http://support.reckwellautomation.com:knowledgebase).

et si je rentre au RSLinx j'ai pas la main sur Data Monitor????

merci de votre reponce mais j'arrive pas a trouvez la reponce que je cherche si vous savez quelleque chose sut le microsoft's secuirity ou IIT.

32221 - Why do I get an Error when trying to display the Help for RSLinx?

When you try to open the RSLinx Classic help file from the Help > RSLinx Help menu item or by pressing F1, you see the error: "An error was encountered when trying to display help for RSLinx. You may have to reinstall RSLinx and/or MS Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher". If you manually open the help file from Windows Explorer, it opens correctly.

NOTE: This registry keys below are for Windows 32-bit operating systems. For Microsoft X64 Windows ONLY, see Microsoft KB896459 for registry key differences.

If you are running RSLinx Classic as a service on a computer that has Microsoft security update 896358 installed, perform one of the following to resolve this condition:

* Edit the EnableNonInteractiveUser value entry in the registry (if it already exists), or
* Create a new EnableNonInteractiveUser value entry in the registry (Recommended solution).
* Run RSLinx Classic in application mode.

Edit the EnableNonInteractiveUser value entry in the registry

1. Click Start --> Run. In the Run command line, enter "regedit." The Registry Editor appears.
2. In the Registry Key window, navigate to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\HHRestrictions. Note that this navigation path may differ from one operating system to another.
3. Under the HHRestrictions key, locate the EnableNonInteractiveUser value entry.
4. Double-click the EnableNonInteractiveUser DWORD; the Edit DWORD Value dialog appears.
1. In the Value Data field, type: 00000001
2. Click OK.
3. Exit the Registry Editor.

Create a new EnableNonInteractiveUser value entry in the registry

1. Click Start --> Run. In the Run command line, enter "regedit." The Registry Editor appears.

For Windows 2000 and Windows XP:
* Navigate to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x key folder.
* Under the 1.x key, create the HHRestrictions key, by selecting Edit --> New --> Key menu options.

For Windows 2003:
* Navigate to the HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft key folder.
* Under the Microsoft key, create the following three keys by selecting Edit --> New --> Key menu options: HTMLHelp, 1.x, and HHRestrictions. Create each as a subkey of the previous one.
2. Click on the HHRestrictions key then select Edit --> New --> DWORD value, and then type the following DWORD name: EnableNonInteractiveUser
3. Double-click the EnableNonInteractiveUser DWORD; the Edit DWORD Value dialog appears.
4. In the Value Data field, type: 00000001
5. Click OK.
6. Exit the Registry Editor.
7. Power cycle the computer - Turn off, turn on. (Do not Restart)

Run RSLinx Classic in application mode

1. Click Start --> Programs --> Rockwell Software --> RSLinx --> RSLinx Classic Launch Control Panel.
2. In the RSLinx Classic Launch Control Panel dialog box, click Stop.
3. Once RSLinx Classic service stops running, uncheck the Always Run As Service option.
4. Click Start to start RSLinx Classic as an application.

Note: RSLinx Classic will automatically reset itself to run as a service the next time you reboot or if you have any of the following products, RSSql, RSBizWare, RSEmulate 5000, RSView ME, and RSView SE running on your machine. For more information on this behavior, refer to answer 29590.
