Logiciel pour un réseau local en entreprise

Je suis à la recherche d'un logiciel particulier.

Je cherche un logiciel qui pourrait explorer complètement mon réseau local sous Windows, donc un outil graphiques pouvant représenter mon réseau et téléchargeable gratuitement à partir d'Internet ou des versions d'essais.
Que ce logiciel puisse m’indiquer tout ce qui se passe sur le réseau en temps réel , sur les pc , serveurs , routeurs, swicht , imprimantes……., la bande passante , création de log et graphiques, création automatique d’une map dur réseau comme par exemple 3com network supervisor mais beaucoup mieux que ce logiciel et plus puissant

Mon parc info est constituer de : 16 serveurs ,90 UC, 10 Switch, 35 imprimantes.
Ayant testé un peut PTGR.
Je sais qu’il y a NAGIOS mais il fonctionne sous linux et il est à parement très difficile à paramétré.

Une petite aide SVP (Surtout que cela est une demande de notre direction)
